FACULTY
Steve Goldfarb
Steve is a Fire Safety and Emergency Planning Specialist with the USC Office of Fire Safety and Emergency Planning. As the faculty advisor for EMSC, Steve has been instrumental in the growth of our organization and our mission of community safety.
Jasmine Childs-Fegredo
Dr. Jasmine Childs-Fegredo is a doctoral lecturer in counselling psychology at the University of Roehampton in London. Dr. Childs-Fegredo is EMSC’s abroad psych consultant and has assisted EMSC in establishing our psychiatric care curriculum and debrief protocols.
Andrea Moore
Andrea Moore is a Health Promotion Specialist with the USC Office for Health Promotion Strategy and chair of the RSO Wellness Committee. Andrea has advised EMSC on initiatives and policies geared towards improving member wellbeing.
NOTABLE ALUMNI
Tiffany Lian
Tiffany Lian, currently at the Keck School of Medicine, served as the Director of EMSC during the 2016-2017 school year. Tiffany introduced the Stop the Bleed program to EMSC and initiated instructor certification of our members.
Althea Wolfe
Althea Wolfe, currently an MPH candidate at Johns Hopkins, served as the Director of EMSC during the 2018-2019 school year. Althea has continued to contribute her expertise to expand the reach and impact of our organization.
Shanna McCue
Shanna McCue, currently training in Boston to become a Physician Assistant, served as a Training Crew Chief during the 2018-2019 school year. During her time with EMSC, Shanna brought probationary and active members up to speed with treatment protocols. Before leaving for PA school, Shanna worked in LA County with American Professional Ambulance.
Victoria Yu
Victoria Yu, currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at USC, served as a Gear Crew Chief in 2019. Victoria served for three years with EMSC and was a mentor not only her designated mentee, but also for the for the organization’s members at large. Victoria looks towards applying her experiences providing quality health care to the field of public health at large.
