BLS and CPR Course Information
We offer Red Cross BLS and CPR certification courses instructed by our own EMSC members. Contact us for requests for group certification classes. For an individual class, keep up with our social media.
Please Note: There are two types of certification courses offered: Instructor-led training and blended learning. In the instructor lead training, all lecture materials and skills will be taught in person in a roughly 3 hour session. For blended learning, a mandatory online module must be completed by the night before the class starts. The module will 30 minutes-3 hours to complete (depending on your prior knowledge), and the completion certification must be emailed to emsc@usc.edu. The link to the online training will be sent out within a day or two of paying for the class. Skills will be taught and assessed in an a roughly 1.5 hour in person session. Failure to complete the online training will prevent the participant from entering the class, and the tuition will not be refunded.
